Eurofideme 2 renews its commitment to Vol-V by contributing to its organic and external growth in rooftop photovoltaic projects in France. After investing €10m in equity in 2010 to finance the construction of windfarm projects, Eurofideme 2 subscribed to a new convertible bond issuance with equity warrants. It should enable Vol-V to double its PV installed capacity as of year-end 2012 (5MWp as of year-end 2011).
