EUROFIDEME 2 invests in a dynamic high-growth market and counts with a portfolio of identified high-potential investment opportunities. Unlike other Cleantech funds, EUROFIDEME 2 has an innovative approach with a mix of minority equity and quasi-equity.

EUROFIDEME 2 is a fund which was conceived to have an attractive risk/return ratio. The fund invests in power generation projects from renewable sources (solar, wind…). These projects benefit from subsidised electricity feed-in tariffs, arising from the regulation that European countries have set in place to reach the EU target of 20% of energy from renewable sources by 2020. As a result, the cash flows from the power generation projects are relatively predictable.

Moreover, the investment team is consolidating a diversified portfolio in terms of technologies and countries and the fund has no exchange rate risk since all investments are made in the euro area.
