Raphael has over 12 years' experience in the energy field, with 5 years specialized in the renewable sector in Western Europe and more than 16 years devoted to the financial sector.

Raphael joined the Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures teams in mid 2009 as Head of EUROFIDEME 2.

Previously, he worked 12 years at General Electric based in France, Italy and Hungary. For the last 4 years he was leading GE Energy Financial Services investments in France, Italy and Spain, developing a renewable energy investment portfolio of €350m for GE in Western Europe. Prior to GE EFS, he held several M&A and Finance management positions in GE Oil&Gas and GE Healthcare.

Prior to GE, Raphael Lance worked for 4 years at Credit Lyonnais in the Project Finance division.

Raphael has a strong expertise in the renewable energy and in the oil & gas sectors. He also has gained a vast experience in structuring financing solutions (project finance, LBO, trade finance, leasing) and related risk management. Finally, he has an excellent knowledge of the renewable energy sector in Europe (regulation, major players in the industry, technical expertise etc.).

He holds a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and an executive program from INSEAD. A French citizen, Raphael speaks fluent English and Italian.

Maria has 7 years of experience in project finance in the renewable energy, private public partnership and concession sectors.

Maria joined Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures in mid 2009 as an investment manager for EUROFIDEME 2.

Previously she worked for the Natixis project and infrastructure finance team and for FIDEME for over 6 years. During this period her principal areas of expertise were financial advisory, structuring and arranging of infrastructure projects and PPP transactions. In the framework of her activities, she also participated in the structuring of the fund FIDEME and also led equity investments in PPP projects.

Throughout her career, she has gained a solid experience in project finance structuring and transaction analysis.

She holds a Masters in Business Administration from London Business School and a Masters in Finance from Sciences Po Paris. A Russian and French citizen, Maria speaks fluent English and has strong practical knowledge of Spanish.

Charles-Edouard has 3 years of renewable energy project development experience at a company he co-founded in 2008 and 6 years of transaction due diligence experience as a Senior Manager at Deloitte.

Before joining EUROFIDEME 2 in 2011, Charles-Edouard co-founded a renewable energy developer, ECDS, involved in photovoltaic and waste-to energy projects. He raised funds from international investors to finance the development of the company’s 150MW solar pipeline and initiated industrial and financial waste-to-energy partnerships in Europe, the US, China, Middle East and Africa.

Previously, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte for six years, focusing on strategic advisory and financial due diligence for corporate and private equity houses in Europe, the US and Latin America. Selected clients include Alstom, Carlyle, E.On, Legrand, PAI Partners, Shell, Rio Tinto, Wendel.

Charles-Edouard received a Masters in Finance and in Business Economics from HEC (HEC-Entrepreneurs) and Masters in Engineering from ENSIMAG and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He speaks French, English and Spanish.

Alexandre has 12 years of Audit and Risk Management experience. He joined Natixis in 2006.  He previously worked at Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne for 5 years as an audit manager and for 2 years as an analyst at the financial management department of IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank.  He carried out several audit reviews in the field of Structured Finance, Investment and Asset Management.

Alexandre has an MBA degree from the University of Bradford in UK, and he is also a graduate of ESCT (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse in France). A French citizen, Alexandre speaks fluent English.

Vincent has over 10 years of experience as legal counsel in banking and financial activities. He joined NATIXIS Environnement & Infrastructures at the end of the year 2008 and is in charge of legal aspects relating to structuring funds, follow up of transactions and relationships with external legal advisors.

Previously, he worked for Natixis (formerly Ixis Corporate & Investment Bank) for 4 years as legal counsel and participated in the implementation of the legal documentation for structured finance transactions and then for years in structuring and arranging infrastructure project financing and PPP.

Vincent has a Master's degree of banking and financial law from Paris I University (La Sorbonne) and is a graduate of Reims Management School. A French citizen, he speaks fluent English.

Jean-Michel has over 20 years of experience in Project and Structured Finance. He joined NATIXIS Environnement & Infrastructures in 2008 as Head of Middle Office.

Jean-Michel previously worked for more than 20 years in various entities of the Group, first as account officer for state, regional and local authorities and then as investment manager in the French PPP market, the delegations of public utility services and Structured Real Estate. Jean-Michel has a strong knowledge of the Project Finance market in renewable energy.

Sophie Cantal has 8 years of experience in the finance sector. She has joined Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures at the beginning of 2011 as the personal assistant of Philippe Germa, Managing Director of Natixis Environnement & Infrastructures.

Previously, she worked 5 years in the Capital Markets department in Natixis and was also Commercial and Administrative assistant in the insurance sector. A French citizen, Sophie Cantal speaks fluent French and English
